Read Carefully Before Registration & Order Services

1. By placing an order with Superr Panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
2. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
3. You will only use Superr Panel website in a manner that follows all agreements made with all the social media websites on their individual Terms of Service page.
4. Superr Panel services rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
5. Superr Panel does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
6. Superr Panel tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.

Refund Policy

1. Basically, no refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Superr Panel. In special cases, if you would like to get a refund for the remaining balance,  you can ask for a refund to the payment gateway you want. We will refund your payment gateway within 24-48 hrs. However, there is no way to get a refund of PayPal and card payments.
2. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
3. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, Superr Panel reserves the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
4. Orders placed in Superr Panel will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will  receive a refund credit to your Superr Panel account if the order  is non-deliverable
5. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
6. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
7. Please do not use more than one service at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders.   

Privacy Policy

1. Our company highly values your privacy. We follow a  policy of confidentiality to tell you how we collect and use information about you and what we do to keep this information confidential.
2. In Superr Panel we do not share confidential information that you have provided to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.
3. We don’t communicate and contact the owners of social media profiles directly without the buyer's concern.
4. We do not disclose information about your resale - all info remains with us.
